Refund Assurance:
We offer our "Refund Assurance" program for an additional $49. This gives our campers the freedom to change plans should the need arise. Due at the time of registration, Refund Assurance entitles you to a full refund (minus the preparation fee) of camp fees should you cancel your camp registration more than 14 days prior to the first day of camp. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit valid for another camp date in the same calendar year (registrations for the last Camp will be applied to the following year.)

Cancellation policies:
Should you cancel your camp registration more than 90 days prior to the first day of camp, 100% (minus the preparation fee) of the camp registration fees will be refunded. Should you cancel your camp registration more than 4 weeks prior to the first day of camp (but less than 90 days), 50% (minus the preparation fee) of the camp registration fees will be refunded. No refunds are issued less than 4 weeks prior to camp start date.

Written Cancellation:
All Camp Cancellations must received and acknowledged in writing and must follow the appropriate cancellation policies.
